Dr. Oshetski, Board-certified implantologist serving Maine and New England

Maine’s only board-certified
implantologist, practicing in Brunswick.

Dr. Oshetski holds board certification from the American Board of Oral Implantology and Implant Dentistry, one of the most rigorous credentials in dentistry, and currently the only one of its kind held in Maine. He also serves as an educator in academic dentistry, where the same protocols he teaches are the ones applied in this practice.

His focus is the cases that require a specialist: complex implant planning, revision and rescue of prior work, and remote-anchorage solutions that previously required travel to Boston or New York. The patients who find him are often the ones who have already been searching for an answer.

Expertise Worth Traveling For

Advanced training. Comprehensive care. A clear path forward.

Board-certified specialty expertise.

Dr. Oshetski is the only clinician in Maine board-certified by the American Board of Oral Implantology and Implant Dentistry, with an academic teaching appointment. The protocols he teaches are the protocols he uses here.

Complete care, one practice.

Planning, placement, and restoration handled in one practice, by the same clinician, from start to finish. When a case calls for outside specialist input, coordination happens directly, with no handoffs you have to manage.

Evidence-based, by design.

Advanced 3D imaging, peer-reviewed
protocols, and the same evaluation standards used in academic dentistry. You’ll understand the plan before treatment begins.

The specialist patients are referred to when the case is complex.

Dr. Oshetski runs a small, intentional practice by choice. Every patient is evaluated, planned, and treated by him personally, from first consultation through final restoration. Nothing gets handed off.

If you’ve been searching for an answer to a complex case, a failed implant, or a problem your general dentist can’t fully resolve, you’ve found a practice built for exactly that work.
